Bobcat 720 hydro pump issues

My dad has a 720 and r trying to get it to run after about 2 years of sitting we tried to turn it over and it wants to but we think the hydro pump is seized
Is there anyway just short of ripping it apart to free it?
It ran before it ended up sitting

If the hydraulic pump is seized, try these steps:
Apply penetrating oil to the pump shaft and let it sit, then gently try to rotate it with a wrench.
Check for and relieve any hydraulic pressure in the system.
Drain and replace old fluid if it looks bad—contaminated fluid can cause sticking.
Use a heat gun to warm the pump casing slightly to loosen up any seized parts.
If these don't work, you might need to disassemble it......hop it helps, good luck!
