Bobcat t250 left track stopped working

Having trouble with my bobcat t250. The left track intermittently has nothing on the stick then will grab a little bit but it's way down on power. When the track has no power my charge pressure drops and occasionally brings in the alarm on the display panel but under normal operation charge pressure is around 380psi. I pulled my case drain filter to see if there was excessive debris and this is what I had. Looks pretty good in my opinion. I'm the third owner of this machine and it has 6800 hours, as far as I know it's an original pump and reman finals.
