Bobcat s220 slow hydraulics

My 2005 bobcat s220 with hand controls is having problems with the hydraulics being slow. The lift and tilt are very slow moving and so is the drive portion as well. One more thing is that if you go to curl in the bucket it goes the opposite way at first than switch's back to going the proper way of curling if you curl in on the joystick more

My first guess would be electrical switch/ solenoid if your lift / tilt handles are not mechanical linkage.

Heck the actuators on the valve

Also check the emergency down valve. The one with the red handle. If it bypassing it will cause weird issues like that too
