I'm new here so thanks in advance for any help you can provide. I picked up a new to me S150 today. Where is a good place to get a service manual? The upper left panel has a high flow button. I read high flow wasn't an option until the 160 but I see some 150's advertised with high flow. Does the factory button necessarily mean I have high flow? I have auxiliary hydraulics but I don't see an electrical connection at the plugs. Was it common to sell these without the (7 pin?) plug? I have the optional hand controls with lots of switches on them but I don't see a connection outside machine to utilize these switches. I need to remove the lift arm to repair a crack. Any gotchas to be aware of when removing the arm? Doesn't look like I'll need to break the hydraulic system. Thanks. I have overhauled a couple of diesels but I don't know **** from shinnola when it comes to skid steers.

In another thread on this site a member just purchased a digital service manual and it only cost him like 7 dollars.

To save cost and make upgrades easier, they made the panels the same if the machine had high flow or bucket positioning or not. If the light doesn't light up, good chance that option is not fitted. They will add harnesses as needed, as most people never use them, they don't put them on as standard.
There isn't anything i can think of that is hidden that you will need to remove to repair the crack. Just drill the ends of the crack and couge it out before welding and it should never crack again.

Thanks Tazza. Much appreciated!

If you think adding high flow would be a cool project to spend your time doing, then it probably could be done.
It will take a lot of time and money and your machine will be 'down' for much of it.

If you need high flow to complete other projects using your skid steer, then your best choice is to sell the current machine and buy another machine with high flow. It will be quicker and cost less.

I have a relatively new to me S150 and was wondering why my self level didn't work, makes sense that it probably doesn't have it, just a button for another model.

what do you need high flow for? for years I had a series A toolcat no high flow, it runs most all attachments just a bit slower, noticibly the snownlower but it ran quite well
