I have an 863G serial #5one4four5zero0six5. I bought it in the condition it is in. It has a new starter, alternator, battery and shut off solenoid. It cranks but will not start. It cranks 3 or 4 times beeps 3 times and then nothing happens. I have found it has 3 codes stored which are 22-03, 02-16 and 09-21. I have been trying for days to get something more out of this and I have read so many reports on this unit but I can not seem to figure out what is going on with this unit. Any suggestions from anyone?

Ok so I have found 2 of he 3 problems and resolved them. I currently only have the 22-03 starter failure engin shutdown. I can not seem to figure this one out. Any ideas on where else to look

Look at my profile and send me an email. I have some info. that may help with the 22-03 error that I can forward to you.

I have figured out the wiring issue for 22-03. The engine will now crank over but will not start. It is letting out a little white smoke but not much while cranking. Anyone have any idea what else I can look at?

I wonder if your fuel shut off solenoid could be the issue, little smoke means you may not be getting fuel to the injectors.

Actually I have resolved the issue. First part was a wire rubbed through where the harness runs past a belt. Assuming the person before me had the harness changed but did not put one of the bolts back in to hold it in place. Second issue was indeed the solenoid. The new solenoids are wired backwards from stock. Switched the wiring around started right up for me.

Glad you got it sorted out, electrical faults can be really tough to find, well done!
