Bobcat 643 vs case 1830

I have a gas case 1830 and am thinking of getting a bobcat 643 that's a desiel.. Which one would be a better option... The 643 has the bobtach setup and my case has a pin on bucket and I can't find anything for the 1830 so that is swaying me twards the bobcat.. Need ideas looking at it tonight. 3000 hrs on the 643 serviced at the dealer 1830 needs serviced.

Did you look at it? heres my thinking. 5 years ago I had a rough, tired, 1972 JD70 skid steer, plowed the driveway, did a few odd things with it occasionally. 1 year ago I had a 1983 new holland L455, diesel...way better on fuel, better shape, just had a bucket for it. Put about 40 hours on it in a year. Beginning of october I bought a 1985 743. Just had a bucket. As of today I have what you see in my signature. It gets used almost everyday. The universal quicktach is wonderful, I'm always looking for the next attachment. I've put about 20 hours on it since I've owned it. Granted it was a good deal, I love the bobcat and its probably the handiest thing I own.

Yea I looked at it and drive it a bit and ran the bucket up and down and made sure the bobtach handles worked freely.. It seems very tight or an older machine. I am really liking the quick attach option because I plan on getting a small backhoe attachment for it.. My dad had one brand new that ha a 7 foot bucket attachment for it and it worked great..Trying to sell my case now so hopefully I can get it gone..Thanks for the reply
