Arms/boom out of sync

My left boom/ hydraulic arm is out further then the right one. The paddles are at different heights and in turn i cant lock onto any attachments properly. It seems to only be an inch or two further but created quite a difference in the level of them if you look from the front..is there any kinda of hydraulic release valve or did one of our workers bang the heck out of it?

I'm pretty sure the cylinders are in series, so they level out on their own. The only cause of your issue that i am aware of is that the arms may be bent. Or even loose pivot points? How does it sit when the arms are fully lowered? if you keep pushing down, do the arms twist pulling flat?

Look at the pivot point where the boom meets the attachment plate, seems like the older new hollands tended to wear/ breakout at that pin or one of your workers just bent the heck out it.

Is it the boom or is it the face plate that is out of sync? It sounds more like the face plate is twisted with one mounting pad ahead of the other. If that is the case you can pull it back into place. Curl the faceplate back towards the boom arm. On the side that will touch the boom arm first place a block between the top of the pad and the boom arm and continue to curl the faceplate until you pinch the block against the boom. Now carefully continue to curl the face plate back and it should pull the other side back into alignment.
If the boom is bent it should be evident when the boom is all the way down. Just compare how the boom lays against the mainframe up front on each side.
