Once in a while I'll get the acs light on the right display to come on and the bucket and lift controls will not operate. The light goes off on the left side for the lift and tilt valve, no codes are seen on the display, what's going on? Shutting off the machine and restarting will make it back to normal again for a while.

Look for a loose wire on your safety interlock system. Mike
ran into this on my 863G a month ago...the acs went bad as it got moisture in it....bad design by Bobcat as the panel it sits behind is about as low as it can be on the machine...cost of my acs computer was $895.00 for parts + labor...start with the wiring under the cab....check to see what the voltage is at the acs...if its not close to 14 then you might have a short or a bad ground...good luck

When it happened today I think it said lift actuator short to ground under active warnings. No paper and pen handy, it has one now...

The way the Bobcat Panel works, you have to press and hold the light switch to display the codes, after your alert but before you shut down the unit.
Shutting down clears the code, and if it's intermittent, it won't show up until it fails again.
Same with the deluxe panel on the right, it only shows active codes which are reset when you turn the key off.
You need that code number to get any kind of help.
Good Luck

I seen similiar problem on a 205 before and it was a loose terminal connection on the back of the fuse /relay box that went to a relay , it was caused by rain water getting into the box because someone had installed the cover upside down the previous time it was off , the cover will bolt up but doesn't fit and seal properly reversed

I had the cover off and all was dry, looked at the fuses and all relays were seated. Machine has a cab and insulation around the fusebox. I previously took the right cover off and there was some moisture from washing in the bottom so I used a space heater to blow warm air into the area to dry it out with no avail.

Did you check your seat switches and your seat belt or seat bar switch. I am a new holland owner. The bucket and boom will not move or act erratic if there is a problem with that safety interlock. Disregaurd if it doesnt pertain. Mike

I used it now three times and it has been behaving fine, I'm guessing I'll have to wait til it goofs up and gets an accurate active warning or code. Might have a friend hook his laptop to it and see what he finds, he is coming to change some software in a tractor anyway.
