773 g no cab power?

ive been trying to figure out why my cab light and heater both do not work
i have the cab up, all wires and connectors seem to be good

my dome light has no power (bulb is good, wires test no power)
the heater blower motor works, but the thermostat doesnt work, no power to that either, ive checked every wire going to the electronic valve
fuses in the cab are all OK is there a fuse block i am missing that runs the options?

ANY help would be fantastic! thanks very very much (it has a cab but i do not have the door switch or wiper hooked up, will this affect anything?)

i cant seem to read the pdf of the service manual that was posted (its too blurry)

There will be a main fuse box, some were between your legs, some were on a side panel, engine bay others were on the rear of the cab.... Sorry, i don't know where it is on yours, but it will be there.
