Hi there,
Head scratcher of note:
Bobcat 773 g series.
I had a new drive shaft fitted to my tandem hydrostatic pump and now have a spline connector for pulley.
At the same time I did the full seal kit replacement, lapped all surfaces and also replaced all 4 bearings.
I received 2 Closed Loop test reports (one for each pump) which i will attach which showed reduced performance but the machine has a few gray hairs...
Fitted the pumps and now have sufficient hydraulic pressure to operate the arms and bucket.
No forward or reverse on either side with wheels touching. The sticks are just lifeless.
I raised the body off the ground and now have forward and reverse on both sides, albeit pretty weakly.
So the questions are:
1. Could the gear pump be at fault?
2. I doubt it - otherwise surely the arms and buckets would not operate either?
Thanks!
