What I would do is first check the oil in the blower housing as it don't hold much and cost a lot , then I would push the spring loaded , idler of the bower fan belt forward and remove the belt , then spin the fan by spinning the pulley and you should be able to see any bearing problem -----------------it may be the bearing in the idler pulley which is making the noise
