751 Bobcat has a hydraulic issue when traveling or operating the grapple

My 751 in the last couple weeks has been struggling at times and it seems to be hydraulically. I have checked the hydraulic pump drive belt and it seems normal and of course the fluid level is in the full range. It does make a squealing noise when it happens so I thought maybe the drive belt tensioner was the culprit even though I replaced that within the past 6 months. Any thoughts on how to find this problem would be appreciated!
