751 auxillary hydraulics not working

I am working on a 751. The auxillary hydraulics don't seem to work. The lights both come on when I push the button on the dash. But when I operate the switch on the right stick, nothing happens. Could it be a bad relay? The guy I bought if from said they were working, then one day they did not work any more.
