743 Tire Spinning of Rim

Hey guys, got another newbie question, I have one tire that continues to spin on the rim (front right tire). What causes this? Low air pressure, bad rim, bad tire? Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks.

My first thought would be low pressure. I have never had a tire spin on a rim, even when flat!!!
Are all the tires the same? you may have one that isn't correct for your rim.

Perhaps the rim is rusted or bent and the diameter at the bead is to small to grip the tire properly? Or tire has busted wires in the bead? Does it leak?
I don't know but it sounds kinda unusuall
