Your right hand lever should activate this, sometimes there is a bolt installed to prevent it operating. Lift the cab and have a look to see if the bolt is still there, if so remove it and you should be set to go. There should abso be a linkage between the spool and lever but i think they had it all installed just blocked by the bolt.
