Guys, I've been glancing at posts off and on since last fall. Finally decided to register. I grabbed a 642 that a guy tried converting to a used yanmar diesel that had blow by. He returned it while still under warranty and gave up. Basically I've been contemplating which direction to go over the winter. I was leaning kubota but, then found and thought I was all set to pull the trigger on an Isuzu diesel. A guy beat me to the punchline though. So as of late I've been looking into yanmar 3tne84, aka 3tn84-rj, aka 3015d002 as they seem plentiful and parts galore. Also a peugeot xud9a1 for a day or so but, sounds like it's a boat anchor. From all of my searching I thought the greatest wealth of knowledge was here so, I'm looking for any advise or suggestions. I've been hitting some brick walls when trying to search on specs. Such as dimensions, curves, flywheel housing and flywheel sizes. Let me know what you guys think and or what you would do. Thanks
