I have a 329e and i have a hydraulic turbine blower that i am using on it. The blower is rated for 40 gpm so i am using high flow. When the blower is running it slows the other hydraulic functions down a lot. Drive speed turning and loader operations are all extremely slow. I wouldn't think that it should low it down that much. The blower came with 1 inch hoses that go into 1/2 inch ports on the hydraulic manifold on the blower and has 1/2 quick connects to plug up to skid. It almost feels like there is too much back pressure. Anybody got any ideas.

40 GPM is a huge flow rate for a skid steer, it's not un-expected for it to slow down all other functions. At full load, that will likely cause issues of getting your hydraulic fluid to high temperatures.
to put it in perspective, most mid sized skid steers are rated at 16GPM so 40 is going to be one heck of a load on the engine and pumps.
