I have a JD 270 with 2600 hrs. It fell from a flatbed while being loaded and landed on its side. Was set back up after a couple of hours. Refilled all fluid levels and it started right up. But hydraulics are dead as if parking brake is on. Where to start?

I do not know for sure if your model has one, but a lot of things have what is called tip over sensors, that shut things down when a machine its tipped over
and some have procedures on how to re set them if they are tripped, every machine is or can be different
(I know some times removing battery cables for a few hours can re set things, but this is NOT a 100% deal on ever thing, as again, some have certain things that have to be done/reset or??

but it can be worth trying to disconnect battery for a few hours and see?

so might be worth calling your local JD dealer service techs and asking them if your machine has one, (tip over sensor)
that or if you have a service manual, look and see if you can find info on if it has one! and if so, how to reset it!
