Auxiliary hydraulic lines not attaching

I've released the pressure on the lines according to the manuel but cannot get the auxiliary lines to attach. Got the male to attach but not the female line. Help!

you might need to loosen the fittings to bleed the presssure off ,try the hose end first if it still wont go do the machine end. Some machines if it has a case drain if you push HARD on the fittings on the machine they will move slightly and they will drain off the pressure into the case.

Thanks, that worked ! I used some lubricant at the hose end and machine ends. Pushed in with a flat end screw driver and it loosened it up.
