New here so I appreciate any help, didn't see this on another thread so here goes. My 2006 317 started seat light started coming on setting the brake. The first couple of times I sequenced the seat belt brake release on panel and it would eventually work normally. Now when I start the unit and buckle the belt the seat light will not turn off. No codes and when I run thru the diagnostics it shows the brake release switch functions correctly but the seat light won't go off and the brake won't release. I unplugged the seat switch harness and do not show power on either wire. Tried jumping between the two just in case but no help. I found one schematic that showed a pigtail between the seat belt and seat switch but I can't locate one. Was going to buy a service manual but it said no wiring diagrams were in it. Anyone know wiring terminal locations or where to go next? Thanks ????????
