Good morning all. I was just doing the regular checks on the skid steer this morning and I pulled the plug on chain case to check level and oil started pouring out - was over the plug hole. Grabbed a pail and collected about 2 gallons from it.
I did add a few gallons of hydraulic fluid about 3 weeks ago after blowing a line to the angle plow, Till then fluid seemed fine other then adding a bit after every 30-40 hours. Never any visible leaks on ground.
I have noticed in the last couple months an odd hydraulic "whine" when moving or when using hydraulics that I can't located or figure out either. Like a filter or valve is restricted. Maybe related ? Any hidden filters under cab I'm unaware of ?
Any input would be appreciated.
Edit: 526.1 hrs on machine. All Maintenance done according to Bobcat schedule on time.
