Apparently the oil used in the Hydrostatic drive, Hydraulic system and the final drive (Chaincase), is all the same for my 2010 S150. It is not clear if Bobcat used Synthetic oil or not when new. Can I use Synthetic oil in all three of these systems? What is a main stream cross reference oil for Bobcat's: Hydraulic/Hydrostatic Fluid 6904026 Synthetic Hydraulic Fluid 6988778 Thanks

Bobcat claims that their fluid is custom blended for them.
Here's what they say on their website.
"Bobcat recommends you use Bobcat® Hydraulic/Hydrostatic Fluid because it is a unique fluid, custom blended with the finest base oils and additives to meet Bobcat Engineering's stringent specifications for quality and reliability. It is the same premium fluid as factory fill.
Bobcat Hydraulic/Hydrostatic fluid is a special blend of high quality lubricants designed to provide optimum flow at subzero temperatures yet maintain excellent stability during periods of high temperature use.
Bobcat's Hydraulic/Hydrostatic fluid formula cannot be duplicated from off-the-shelf hydraulic fluids.
This exclusive hydraulic/hydrostatic fluid is now blended with a distinct orange color to distinguish it's uniqueness from other fluids. "

If your machine is still under any warranty then you should buy the fluid from them as anything else will void it.
Otherwise you can use one of the super tractor oil universals(STOU) that say they meet the specifications for hydrostatic transmissions.
If you look at page 20 here http://www.sauer-danfoss.com/stellent/groups/publications/documents/product_literature/520l0463.pdf
You'll see what Sauer-Danfoss says you can use with their hydrostatic components including some engine oils.

Even thought it is a 2010, I'm the fourth owner. My understanding is Bobcat only gives a 12 month warranty. So the warranty is not a factor.

I'm looking for a common brand, something I'm able to find at Autozone, O'Reilly, Advanced auto, Walmart, etc. It is not convenient to seek out the Bobcat brand oil. And I don't believe for a second that there is anything special about Bobcat oil.
Does this oil have a type or grade or anything that defines it?
Here are some common offerings:
