2002 LS140 Sale Price ??

This week I am learning that I will likely be laid off. I have been rebuilding a 2002 LS140 and will need to sell it soon, I think. When I'm done it will have a rebuilt engine (head job, rebuilt injectors, sleeved cylinders), new: seat / tires / seat belt / battery. Frame has 4860 hours. Any idea what to ask for this machine? Where do you live? Around here, the housing market is so hot, it would be easy to make a living with an LS140. I have an LS125 and have been considering doing some work as a side business.
