Just got it back together after a complete "frame off" repainting project and I have no lift/tilt. It is hand controls with 1292 hours. The wiring harness appeared in good shape, but I was fighting intermitant lift/tilt issues before taking apart. Usually, I would shut down or let sit for a minute and fire back up and it worked. As part of the repaiting project, I cleaned the fuse box/connectors hoping that would cure it. Was going to try some contact grease to help as well. But so far, nothing. It moves forward/reverse fine. But when I sit in the cab, drop the BICS bar, and push the green operating button, i only get three lights, No lift/tilt. I have NO CODES. I have reviwed the grounds, I don't believe I missed one. Looked at the controller, and the plugs are tight.
I should note I don't have the seat installed yet, and the cab is partially completed as I haven't installed the AC/Heat equipment until I have solved the ACS issue. Is there a ground that is part of the AC/Heat or Cab that might be causing the issue? I have two grounds on the cab wiring harness that are grounded to the cab.
Does anybody have a way to diagnose? Any tips to find the issue? I am convinced its electrical, but not sure where to start diagnosing.

first and fore most is the seat bar light ,it needs to turn on as well as off .respectivley sa raised and lowered. super early 773 (i may be mistaken) incorpated a seat switch, if it has it switch needs made contact prior to seat bar coming down. or it tricks the sys out. the seat switch was a major pain due to stuff under seat (right rear) not allowing contact. easy fix if this youre sys is called a push kit. takes out seat switch and you have to push a button like in the old days, good luck and, please dont bypass any safety stuff. youll be dead and bobcat gets a bad rep, and us techs will be sad,

Got ACS to work, I cleaned all connections with contact cleaner and then added dielectric grease. I also missed a connector and I think that solve the ACS. Seat bar appears to work, I don't think it has a seat switch.
Ran approximately 2 hours and then lift/tilt light went out and would not come on. I recall bumping the bucket on a high spot as I was driving just prior to the tilt going out. The lift always worked, but when I tried to use the bucket (tilt), the ACS light came on and the lift/tilt light went out. I let it sit and cool down, still didn't work, then I tapped on the actuator with a ball pean hammer and it worked. I assume I have a actuator going out for tilt?
