I just resealed the control spool on my 743 and had a similar problem. Couldn't get boom or tilt to move much. Try cycling your aux hydraulics by shifting the right stick left and right. I think air gets trapped in the lower portion of the spool and it airlocks the spool. I did it on mine with...

If it's anything like a 743 then it is the aux hydraulics. Could be quad rings which can be done in place or could be a hose or boss ring which may involve yanking the boiler.

Oh crap, I made a mistake. Resealed the spool valve but in the process I mixed all the spools up. I didn't realize that there were different part numbers for the spools. Gotta rip it apart again and see if I can figure it out.

I pulled the engine on my 743 today to find a leak and noticed the 2 capped off hard lines near the air filter are on their own spool which isn't hooked up to any control lever. What was the idea behind this?
