Sorry it took so long for me to get back on here. It did turn out to be the relay, everything is working perfectly on it now. :) Thank you for your diagnostic help in determining what it was and how to test each.

I will try that with the relay tonight when I get home. I have to pick up another pack of fuses because that used my last one last night. Is the relay just a standard 30A relay? Those I have a bunch of from my air system on my truck.

I used to get the 15-03 error code (Traction Lock Pull Coil Error Off) and what I found was that it was always blowing the 30A traction fuse. Didn't happen all that often, twice in about 6 months. Now in the past 4 days I've popped it 4 times, twice today, and the code this last time changed...

I took it apart last night. There are no bushings. The pin is 1 1/4" in diameter and the holes in the plate are just over 1 3/8" and in the end of the ram are about 1 7/16". I figured maybe it's the wrong pin and it should be a 1 3/8" pin. That would take out 90% of the slop. Good call on the...

I have noticed that the front connection on my hydraulic ram, to pivot the front plate, is very loose. The front plate can move about 2" forward and back with the machine off just from slop in the connection. Also the front plate slides side to side about an inch. Is this much slop normal? If...

The arm isn't loose, it's solid, it's the round cam on top of the arm that was loose.

Logged into a Windows Machine to post. This is much better. And it doesn't smash all my sentences together.

It's a boss plow so there is no upper chain. I welded a bracket in where the up/down cylinder used to be. I do have a crossover relief valve and adjustable flow control valves for each side. I haven't hooked it up yet, still waiting on the crossover to show up. Here's what it looks like before...
