Alright I called my local dealer they believe the problem could be in the wiring harness. I tried looking over the wiring harness but didn’t see anything out of order. I’m going to bring it in tomorrow so they can scan it and mess with it. I will let you guys know if they find out the problem...

What controller would it be? Is there anyway to test it?

At full rpm it sits at 14.6 volts. I can turn all of the accessories on and it stays at 14.6 or turn them all off and it stays at 14.6. I had another battery laying around and put that in there but it didn’t change anything. It will run off just battery voltage. I unplugged the alternator so I...

I replaced the alternator with a brand new bobcat one this morning. It’s still doing the same thing. I moved it about 30 feet then it locked up again. Battery was new in August and it’s a bobcat battery 650 cca. Not sure what I should check now? Any ideas. Thanks

Alright so last night I had the battery disconnected and it was a 12.6 volts. I then started the machine and at idle had 14.5 at the battery then it went to 14.6 then the light came on and it locked the machine out. At the alternator it is at 14.5 volts aswell.

Sounds like a charging issue. Is the belt tight? Could be a bad cell in the battery. I’d first test the alternator. Just my 2 cents

Update: figured it out. Two more nuts were hidden under foam on the front side. Got the whole assembly down and removed the blower motor. The motor is toast. Tried sending power through it and got nothing. Ordered a new motor and air filters. Hopefully I’ll have it back together by the weekend...
