This is my first post on the forum so Hello to everyone. I just picked up a 2000 bobcat 773 turbo a few days ago. I noticed when I was looking at it the heat wasn't working. I pulled the 25 amp fuse and replaced it (old one was fine). I have power at the fuse. I pulled the inside cabin filter which didnt look to bad. The outside cab filter is filthy, it looks like it burned. Im not sure if the blower motor got so hot because it was plugged that it took the motor out? This skid loader only has heat no ac. Also I noticed the other day the back up alarm started working but then it quit again. Not very concerned about that but I think that the back up alarm and heat are on the same fuse? Right now I have the cab flipped up the heater cover off. I found two nuts that hold the heater box to the back of the cab but the whole assembly won't drop down. How can I get to this blower motor to replace it? Thanks for the help!!!

Update: figured it out. Two more nuts were hidden under foam on the front side. Got the whole assembly down and removed the blower motor. The motor is toast. Tried sending power through it and got nothing. Ordered a new motor and air filters. Hopefully I’ll have it back together by the weekend. Thanks!
