I'm looking for a trashed crank to use to measure the shaft taper to create a sprocket adapter. Does anyone have a crank they can let go cheap?

610 Variable sheeve leaking, driven sheeve collapsed

alchemysa, that is exactly what happened. Also, I'm assuming the brass gland (#6) is supposed to slide into the sheave freely. Mine does not want to go in further than the o-ring when pressing by hand. Does it usually require some persuasion?

610 Variable sheeve leaking, driven sheeve collapsed

The new seals just came in so I finally got to pulling the roto out. It looks like when I greased the roto zerk it pushed the roto out causing the leak. I am a little confused about where this large snap ring came from / gets installed. Can anyone lend some advice? Also, does anyone know the...

    Alternator for 610

Has anyone had luck with an after market alternator? All the ones on eBay have fan blades (unlike the OEM one) but I ordered one anyway and it didn't fit. The pulley location was wrong and the fan blades interfere with the bracket arm. I may swing it by a local alternator repair shop to see if...

610 Variable sheeve leaking, driven sheeve collapsed

After my machine has been on stands for the past few months having the axle seals replaced I developed a new issue. The driven sheeve has collapsed/closed pushing the belt to sit on top of the pulleys. Subsequently, when I started the machine the driven sheeve did not spin and withing 20-30...

Who can recondition a 610 axle for me?

The repair went well, I ended up sleeving both rear axles. Both are holding oil. The Loader Parts kits ended up being Bobcat OEM parts.

My Bobcat 610 axle seal repair. Cheap but good.

I’m asking about the castle nut on the inside end of the axle. I am concerned about putting to much load on the bearings. I think I am good on the big nut since that bottoms out on the axle.

Who can recondition a 610 axle for me?

It was $53. They had a couple other parts I needed so time and convenience was a factor.

Who can recondition a 610 axle for me?

Great info, thanks. I was actually able to find a kit in stock at Loader Parts Source that I ordered. I will assemble the hubs on the bench, that is a great call out I would have done them in the machine. I have the hub gaskets so all set there. I can't remember which way they are on to be...
