    Case 1835C blowing smoke

Doesn't burn oil, i'm leaning to a stuck valve. I started it yesterday and it pops a little bit when running. I'm going to try some additive to see if it gets any better, if not I will have to tear into it because I don't want to damage it. I have replaced it once and it is not a cheap fix. The...

    Case 1835C blowing smoke

I have an 1835C that will start to blow smoke, blueish white the best I can tell, when I start to use any of the hydralics. Runs fine but blows smoke, engine will slow down when then catch back up but blow the smoke. This is a 3 cyl. gas TM20. Does this sound like it could be carb related or...

I don't have the book for propane, but figure it should be close to the gas. Let me know if you still need the instructions.

Need help getting swapped TM20 to start in 1835C

Swapped motors in my Case 1835C. It has a Contential TM20 3 Cyl. Can not get it to start, all it does is backfires or afterfires, I don't really know. I am pretty sure the firing order is 1-3-2 with the #1 plug wire to the post on the cap marked #1. The next spark plug, being #2, I skip the post...

    Case 1835C engine

Has a TM20 right now, blew the fuel pump right out the side of the block. Cam broke, don't know what else is wrong with it. Looking for info on any other engines that will bolt right in with minimal changes. I have seen some where, maybe a 2.5L GM or Ford. Any thoughts or has someone else...

    TM20 engine for 1835c

I'm looking for a TM20 gas engine for an 1835c skidloader, do any of you have a good used one lying around? Mine blew a hole in the block. If not a complete motor, may be interested in just the lower end. Send me an e-mail if you have something. [email protected]

    Case 1835C will not start

Out moving snow the other night and the engine started acting funny. It would die any time I tried to use the hydralics. It started back up and did the same thing, now I can't get it started at all. I changed the plugs thinking that , might be the problem. No good, next step is cap and rotor. I...

    1835C Engine Overhaul

Well, I think it's time I tear into it and see what is wrong. The knocking seems to start earlier and earlier everytime I use it. What I'm looking for is any insight that might make it a little easier. Any input on troubles I might run into, any special tools I might need, any tricks or tips you...

    1835c knocking

Well, back to this again since I have a little time. The knocking noise to me seems related to the engine. It is a 3-cyl. gas. When I first start it up, there is no knock, then I add more accelerator and a tiny knock starts. Then after working for a while the knock is louder. But, if I put it in...

1835c - knocks after warmed up

OK, ran it last night clearing snow. Didn't rattle or knock until after it warmed up. Seemed like when putting a load on it, like pulling on one side and pushing on the other to turn, it didn't make the knocking sound. Don't know if the oil pressure dropped or not, what is an easy way to check this?
