    Dirt Delivery

What's the best way to figure out if your getting the amount of dirt you ordered? I had 4- 13 yard loads delivered and they look small to me. I have a Bobcat 751 and am having a tough time finding the volume the bucket holds. I believe it holds ~1/3 cubic yard, but this takes time to load the...

Fuel gauge not working on my 751

I realize that most times this issue is due to a bad sending unit, but- I took the sending wire off of the gauge and the needle didn't move. Also, when the key is on and I tap hard on the gauge many times, it does eventually move to where it shows fuel in the tank and when I turn the key off...

Lift arm float position not working

Update: So after putting about ~40 hours on the "new to me" 751, and continuously trying to get the float to work, I finally got it to float. The only issue is, I have to hold the pedal down as it does not stay in detent by itself. Although it really makes back grading soooo much nicer, it is a...

Lift arm float position not working

I've seen some videos on that part being worked on, but I am not sure where is it on the control valve. Is it linked to the left foot pedal? I'm not able to be by the 751 until tonight, but I assume it's one of the valves on the control valve under the seat? Just not sure how to tell which one...

Lift arm float position not working

Yes, that's the issue. I do not feel it going into detent. I buddy of mine has a bobcat that works correctly. I just don't know where to start looking and how to trouble shoot this.

Lift arm float position not working

Hey, guys, I'm trying to float by bucket for the first time since I've owned my 751 Bobcat. I know it's supposed to be the left foot pedal push down on the toe to lock it into float. I've even tried holding it down as hard as I can, but no luck engaging it. Any ideas as to how I go about...

    Bobcat 751 fuel consumption

I recently bought a 751 Bobcat with the fuel gauge not working. Anyone have any rough estimates how many gallons per hour this thing will use. I will be doing pretty much straight dirt work with it. I definitely don't want to run her out of fuel. Thanks

    751 "F" series drives slow

UPDATE: I adjusted the steering linkage (shortened them up) and now drives 6 mph forward. I really don't notice is any slower going backwards, most of the time I spin around and don't need to go backwards.

    Clamp on Forks

I'm looking at getting some clamp on forks for my 751. The Titan forks seem to have pretty good reviews. My Question: They have the 1500 lb. rated forks and the 4000 lb. rated forks. Seeing my 751 is only rated to lift 1200 lbs. would there be any reason to get the more expensive 4000 lb. forks...

    751 "F" series drives slow

Thanks for your suggestions. It seems to me the engine RPM's are normal when full throttle, but will check the other items.

    751 "F" series drives slow

My "new to me" 751 drives pretty slow manual says it should go 6 mph. I used my gps and got it to go to 2.9 mph. Any ideas on how to speed it up? I guess I'm more concerned that this is a symptom to an issue with something else. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
