    flushing hyd fluid

What would you suggest as a fool-proof method of knowing when to shut the machine off before the tank is empty? Sight glasses and dipsticks are at the top.

Maybe the dealer as a first option isn't such a bad idea after all? ;-)

    773 Wiper Motor

In the case of a wiper motor, I'm not sure if you'll find a better deal, or even an aftermarket replacement. I can't speak for your local dealer, but we spend a lot of time and research making sure we stay competitive, even if it means carrying a cheaper aftermarket alternative, or discounting...

863 broken bucket pin clevis, what to do?

Haha! No worries Jerry. My head's no bigger than it ought to be. I suppose the type of people who you'll find using a skidsteer bucket as a man-lift are the same type who trust a repair weld over factory inertia welding. But, I digress.

    773 Wiper Motor

Just curious, but what's wrong with buying from a dealer?

The V2203 calls for a 180 degree F thermostat, 44mm diameter. Kubota never ran a coolant filter on any of their engines in this class.

863 broken bucket pin clevis, what to do?

Almost as strong, but not quite. Despite our difference of opinion on this, thanks for the compliment Jerry! We pride ourselves on our reputation, so it's always nice to hear positive feedback :-) The point I was trying to make is that you'll never have a repair weld that's anywhere near as...

Without double checking that code, I'd suspect a wheel speed sensor. Probably best to take it to your dealer and have it hooked up to the service analyzer.

haha! I'm glad that got some giggles :-) I'm new here, but I'm hoping that I can shed some light on a few of the topics discussed here, from a dealership's perspective. Thanks for having me :-)

863 broken bucket pin clevis, what to do?

“any hydraulic shop worthy of the name will chamfer the end of the rod and the end product will be as good as the bobcat rod“ I'm sorry but that's not true. Inertia welding is far superior to any other means of attaching the rod eye to the rod. I challenge you to find a hydraulic shop that...

    flushing hyd fluid

Running the hydraulic reservoir dry leads to cavitation, premature pump wear and eventually failure. Granted, most of the damage will be in the hydraulic pump and not the hydrostatic pumps, but those also have moving parts that rely on that hydraulic fluid for proper lubrication even when the...

    Parts Question

Wiper motor's will vary in price depending on whether the wiper arm is held on with a nut or is splined and locks in place on the wiper motor shaft. Price should be around $125-$160 depending on which one your machine has.

    773 heater fan motor

Is your 773 a G series? If so, the blower motor should only be around $125 from a dealer. (that's $100 cheaper than replacing the blower assy w/housing and wheels)
