Pretty sure that is called a JIC fitting. I would guess it to be about a #10 or #12. Those caps are readily available I believe. If you wish, I can check on my 863 and 763 and see what size. I'm guessing it may be the same on yours. :-) ---Bobbie G

Todd, just saw this. I think we have two threads going! From my notes, that's right, backing off the bolt will loosen the tensioner. Maybe in your case that's not enough? Maybe prying up on the tensioner a bit would be necessary? All complicated by pretty much zero access, of course!
