starter for 2000 yr 863

hello all my first post/question since registering today. i think the starter is dragging not cranking engine fast enough to start it, bobcat wants like 400 bucks , so i was hopin to find one aftermarket any suggestion would be greatly appreciated. i have the following bcat 863 bcat m610 international 4120

Since it's intact and still functioning, it can probably be rebuilt for a fraction of that.
If you have a big truck repair facility nearby, they probably have an electrical shop where they do this, or if not can point you to one that they use.
