8875 instrument panel lights

Ok, here's the problem I only have one light that lights up when I sit on the seat. Every works on the skid except the lights. Do you think that 17 bulbs could be burned out? The bulbs are not cheap around 8.00 a piece and I really don't want to spend the money if the whole unit is dead. The skid does everything great, the center fuel gauge and the other functions work on the panel. What do you think.

when you cycle thru to like RPM, hours volts, etc.. do the indicating lights light up?

Yes you see the rpm, voltage everything except the dummy lights on the panel
