2008 case 430 won't come out of park. Please help!

Hi my names Will Compton. I'm 20 years old and my father and I have a small family owned asphalt company. I do not have any experience working on skid steers but I am decently mechanically inclined. We've had a lot of rain recently and we haven't worked as much so I would like to try to diagnose the problem My self and possibly solve it myself as well. Well the problem is I get in it starts fine I put the bar down I push the park button and it will not come out of park. Every once in awhile it would do that but I'd just get out and get in and it would but fine. I had to do that for 30-40 minutes today to get it out of park on a job site. It's a 2008 case 430 of anyone can help or tell me where to start I'd appreciate it a lot.

I have played with the lap bar switch but I can't tell if it won't go out of park because the lap bar or if it thinks I'm not in the seat.
