Loader arm problems

i have a OMC 442 Mustang skid steer has a v2203 engine in it al hydraulic functions work fine but my loader arms go up but will not go down when i pull the lever back and step on the pedal it wont go down but when i shut the machine off it will go down slowly...ive had people tell me its a check valve but i dont know where it is located do you guys have any suggestions

there is a lever on the right side that i beleive is the aux and i think when its pulled up its engaged and when its down its disengaged how would i know if its stuck on and how would i disengage is if its in the off position?

Try it the other way and see if it fixs the problem if not move it back and forth and whatch the movement

i tried the aux control back and forth a few times and nothing changed the lever on my right is my throttle there is a T handle in the middle that drives back and forth and turns left and right there are 2 pedals on the floor the right one opperates the bucket and the left one opperates the loader arms with the lever on the left in nuetral or forward the arms will lift and with the lever backwards its supposed to lower.. is there something thats electrical thats supposed to power the aux to turn on? (this is from another forumn) Q: The aux (electric) is not functioning. What should I do? A: 1. First determine if there is power going to the coils on the valve. To do this, with the ignition turned to the "RUN" position (do not start), and the wires unplugged from the auxiliary coils on the valve, test with a test light to see if you have power going to them when you rock the switch on the handle. When you push the switch on one side you should have power going to one coil, and when the switch is pushed to the other side you should have power going to the other coil. If no power is going to the coil proceed to step 2. 2. The next step would be to check the fuse in the fuse box. This is a 10 amp fuse (brown wire with yellow tracer). If the fuse is good proceed to step 3.

i went to the local hardware store today and bought a multimeter im going to go out there now and take the seat off and do some more research and ill come back with the results

still no fix.. there arent any electrical connections that i can see. when the machine is off the arms will go down slowly i tried jerking the auxilliary on and off.. can i take the connections off the end of the aux? will that help disengage it? Are there any tricks that anyone knows to disengage aux that is stuck on

Let try hooking a hose from one aux to the other do not do it with th bucket up could give you a headache

i hooked them together and when i pulled lever back it went up but for the first time the engine didnt squeel.. am i supposed to push the heel down for the arms to go down or push the tow forward to make the arms go down? i bought this maching non running so im learning as i go how to use it.. the engine was seized then i got it un stuck and wouldnt start so i took the head and oil pan off and replaced the rings in 2 of the cylinders and now it runs very good and has plenty of power

okay i figured out the problem the left pedal would only go in one direction heel down.. so i took the seat off and used an air bloser gun to blow all the junk out of there the linkage rod that goes into the valve would only go out not in but with a little help from a crow bar and pb blaster i got it freed up thanks for all your help
