First thanks for everyone helping me out on the chain case problem. It;s all fixed and all my fluids are changed.I was tring to grease some fittings yesterday and had to lift the arms on my bobcat s185 all the way.I jumped out of the machine and greased the fittings and it started raining. So I went inside and left the arms fully up and in the morning when I went out I noticed the drop all the way to the ground. Is that normal or is there a problem,None of my hoses are leaking. Thanks for anyone's help.Bill

If they are leaking that slow I'd try not to worry about it, unless your a real fanatic for perfection. How many hours on machine?

Acceptable leakage is a few inches per hour without an attachment on the bobtach.
If its only slow, don't be worried, but if you lift the arms and can see them falling its time for a new set of ram seals.
I have a machine i replaced both ram seals and the spool seals and they still fall, its slow but still noticable. I used it to hold a bucket up to weld on, and within say 1/2 an hr it droped say a foot.

That is a fair drop, but if you don't notice it when using the machine, just let it go for now, change the seals when it gets bad.
