I assume that the engine is cranking but not starting. There are two 5A fuses that you should check. One is in the cab fuse panel, the one where your service/run switch is located. It should be labled for the electronics. The other is in the engine fuse panel. You probably have two fuse blocks in the engine fuse panel. I believe it is in the right block the second from the bottom. Which ever block has the 5A fuse in the second from the bottom is the one. When you first sit (key off) in the seat do the lights on the insrument panel light up? If not it is the engine fuse panel 5A fuse. If the instrument panel lights up does the seat belt light go out when you fasten the seat belt. If Those two conditions are met the safety switches should be working. There could also be wiring problems which you will need a wiring diagram so you know what you are looking for.

nothing has changed from now back to when it was new all fuses are good panel light up like it allways does if u were to sit in it u would think nothing is wrong till u go and try and start it i have tested almost every sensor on the unit seat / belt interlock hydraulic sensors water hydraulic oil tank sensor water temp and just about every sensor on there other then the engine oil that's what i am going to do next after that ring out all the wires to see if i can find anything now i got the manual its making life a bit better now i know values on the sensor and what not but not having much luck so far stupid thing is it was running flawless then i shut it off and tried to start it about 2 mins later and start then quit

I have run into this problem twice over the last year. I was helping these two people who were experiencing the same problem. In each case they replaced the start interlock relay in the engine fuse panel and the problem was solved. The reason I had you checked the other items first is I am not convinced 100% that was the problem. According to the wiring diagram it should not cause the problem but on the other hand you can't argue with success. I need to study the diagrams alittle more to see why this helped. The start interlock relay is about 1 1/2" inches long and has six terminals in sets of two.

it sounds like the same problem i had with lx665. it was the starter interlock, about $45 and located in the engine bay fuse box. the post and description of how to trace the power is on page 8 here titled lx 665 won't start. good luck

I sell those start interlock relay on ebay for about $20 less than NH price. Exact same part. I just buy them straight from the source.

It is listed under start interlock relay. Also as part #86521256. Thats one problem with the internet. If you dont search with just the right phrase you wont find it.
