Hello all; 2003 T200 ACS Seems I am going backwards. Started out with a 32-04 ACS error which basically the repair procedure is to check for broken wires from Controller to the AHS module [120ohm resistor across two wires and continuity]. Somewhere along the troubleshooting, I upgraded my problems to include the 32-65 error which is specified as a low or high voltage to the Supply Voltage Sensor. I believe this alarm is overwriting the 32-04 in the reporting sequence. The troubleshooting requires that the six connections be disconnected to see which may be causing the error [either by shorting with 12v to higher voltage or grounding for lower voltage] It reads 4.98 Volts [5.0V Specified] except when measuring right off the AHS module, open circuit [goes to 10V]. I am ASS_U_ME ing that the voltage regulator for the ACS is housed in the AHS unit because that is the only place it is used and it is feeding external circuits which need to be separated from our power sources. Is the voltage monitored there and the error communiced to the Controller? At this time, I have no #1 BIC light with the 32-65 error up. I also have no lights to the ACS Hand/Foot switch circuit [which is probably disabled due to the error?]. I do not see where the 5.0 Volts is monitored by the Controller unless it is communicated through K1, K2, K3. Oh and all Fuses are good. My manual seems to be lacking any direction as to the logic and interlocks used in the BIC. The manual is silent to the issue of BIC #1 light being off. Being the cheap guy I am, I am trying to avoid a part exhangefest. I believe I need a new AHS Controller at this time. Any suggestions and insight would be appreciated. I feel better already. regards
