    dive motor maint.

I just got off the phone with AmsOil tech support. They said that their equivilent to the Mobile 150 is severe gear 75w90, this is a fully synthetic oil. The 150 number is actually just an ISO number reffering to the spec sheet. The guy went through all of the specs and recommended this oil. Has...

    T-300 front idler removal

Do a search for manuals. I uploaded the shop manual about a year ago for the T300s.

    Fluid in tires

I would go with foam over the calcium option. You will get the weight without having to worry about flat tires.

Bobcat, New Holland, JD Whats the best used value?!?

One of my all time favorite machines was the New Holland LX885. When I come home from deployment in a year I will probably be picking one up used to add to my equipment fleet. I currently own a Bobcat T300, my biggest complaint with that one is the cost of track components.

    T200 Loader arm bushings

Aerokroil penetrating oil by kano labs shiuld do the trick. You can only buy it from the manufacturer online, but it is well worth the $20 a can that they charge.

    T200 Loader arm bushings

Your tilt pins are probably what are squeaking, as stated earlier you want to grease often. I doubt that you have caused any damage to the bushings, just add grease and all will be ok. Most of these bushings are made of hardened steel that takes some time to wear out.

Hello, anyone have experience with non-hydraulic tiller attachments?

It looks like nothing more than a sub soiler, I don't know that it is worth as much as they are asking for them though.

    T200 Fuel pickup

My T300 was doing that as well. The last time that it happened the blockage made it all the way to the fuel bulb, I removed the fuel bulb and was able to push the blockage out with air pressure. I changed the fuel filter and have not had a problem with it since.

    T200 Loader arm bushings

For the bottom pins the grease zerks are on the inside of the hinge area. If I remember in the morning I will take a picture of the area that they are in to post.

    T200 muffler/injectors

It sounds like you don't have them in there tight enough or you are missing the copper washer that sits between the injector nozzle and cylinder head. Definitely fix that before running it too long, it can damage the injector and/or the cylinder head otherwise.

    New Tracks

I have heard good things about the McLaren tracks, though I have never run them. Of the aftermarkets their prices seem comparable to OEM, that being said I would spend the money on OEM knowing that they have a good quality product. If you can find a bridgestone dealer near you and cut the...

    T650 Bucking Bronco

Another trick that I use when doing precision grading like that is to rest my forarms firmly on the safety bar and use my fingertips to push the controls. By doing this is seems to stop the user induced “oscillations” that were previously mentioned.

    Track Tension

The manual calls for 1/2” to 5/8” of sag between the rollers and the track with the track completley jacked up at least 3” off of the ground. Email me if you are interested in the manual for a T300.

    tracks or tires

I have replaced tracks ahead of sprockets and sprockets ahead of tracks. It mostly depends on the enviroment that you are running the tracks in and the amount of daily maintenance that is performed after use. If you are running through mud day in and day out and clean your track system daily you...
