That's a bit steep. Chain would run you maybe $2-300. Sprockets, depending on how bad they really are could be welded up.....I have a completly rebuilt 1.6 I just put in my 642 and found out today that it was going to cost4000 to fix the chains and sprockets in my machine , so I may be selling my new motor with 0 hrs on it .Just break-in time.
