weight plate for an 1816b.

I just picked up an 1816b loader and it doesn't have a rear weight on it. I see them advertised but didn't know if they were an option or standard equipment? I was thinking I may need one as mine came with a 43" bucket. Does anyone know how much they weigh and do they help when lifting?

I have a different machine and they are all different, but mine had rear weights from factory added option and I had to take them off ( 4 x 39 kilo) , it made the front to light ,IMO they are only needed if you are moving max weight in bucket over flat ground. I could not even put on trailer with empty bucket with out doing wheelie. much less taking the machine up a ridge, a friend of mine has a 743b and he had to add front axle weights to make the front heavier to load on trailer. so that is what I know.

Thanks Foton for your reply but does anyone with a 1816 know if they were an option or came standard and neccesary to get the 700# lift rating?
