universal mounting plate dimensions??

I am planning on making a few plates to mount my farm implements to..Does anyone know the dimensions of the universal plate with the top angle and hole locations??..Is there a site that has a blueprint on the plate?? Please let me know..

It should be set up so the bucket is flat on the ground when the boom is fully lowered.
However if you run tracks or taller tire it is different, and also for various loaders it changes.
