Has anyone converted their skidsteer to a two-speed final drive? I have a 252B that is only a single speed, and would really like to have faster ground speed. I realize it would be easier to just buy a new (to me) machine, but I got this one for a good price and it's got really low hours...

Not sure it would be worth the money. At a minimum you will need new drive motors, hydraulic 2 speed valve and the electrical components to make it all work.

I second that opinion, i don't think it will be cost effective to do the conversion.
