Tracks for 10" tires

I have a MF516 skid steer made in England by Fermec. Can't seem to find a manual. Main problem is I bought 10" metal tracks that were for a Bobcat. It has 10" tires, but have about an inch of side play on track. The tread measures 9 3/4 inches across. Do I need to get new tires or what?

Also the person bought from put in 3 gal. of automatic transmission fluid in the hydro. tank. He said that's what they told him to use. The hydrolics work fine, but wondering if this is what's supposed to be used.

Never fiddled with tracks, but as they are 10”, i don't think they would work with 12” tyres.....
