Just done pins,bushes & some of the bosses for a customer, the machine only has 1500hr.Just wondering what sort of hrs other have got ?

I think that is short on the hours and would think that lack of grease or extreme working conditions played a factor in the short life of the bushings

Lack of grease is a factor with some of the pins & bushes but not the bosses. The excavator belongs to a plumber & has never had a hammer fitted, this is why I posted this to see if any one has had the same amount of hrs , I'm thinking there is a wear problem just like on the Cat 1/2 excavator.

my 016 is just up to 1500 hrs, and spent at least half those hours working with rock and scrap metal.needs new bushes and a new release hitch, been well greased and worked hard .
