hey everyone. iv got a t595 bobcat it has 600hours on it and pretty much right after my company got the machine if we fill up the fuel and use the machine it will just shut off. you can just restart the it wont start. we found that the primer ball sucks closed and cuts off the fuel flow. we went through bobcat and the sent use a new primer ball. it still had the trouble. iv since replaces the fuel filter iv checked the breather for restriction and nothing was restricting. we tried to not fill the tank full and it seems if the tank is over full it will do this issue. its a very frustrating issue. was wondering if anyone had any insight into this problem and a possible cur I try to see about solving. thx much everyone in advance.

It sounds like something is blocking the vent when it's completely full; it could be the sender float, or some foreign item that floats up and blocks it. Since it seems to function normally otherwise that's the most likely scenario.
Either have a look for something floating when you can see into the tank, or add a small vent hose to the filler cap and anchor it well above the tank.

thank you and that makes sense ill give that a look and see. I figured something blocking it but I never thought bout if the float was in such a position it could come up and block it.
