well a few things come to mind , one is, are you sure your t190 has enough flow ate to run your blower at full capacity?
a lot of blowers take a lot of GPM"s of flow to work properly!
and many older machines don't have the GPM's to run them
add in heavy wet snow, and cold temps, and things could not run so well!
a lot of salesmen, don't care about the right set up[ and will sell you anything to turn a profit, so, maybe you were sold a blower too large or uses too many GPM;'s than your 190 puts out!
its actually not that un common to hear this happen!
next is hydraulic fluid, in very cold temps, it will flow or should I say could flow at a lower rate than in summer time hot warm air!
I know some folks switch to a thinner oil/fluid when working in very cold temps, to get them to flow better!
so changing to a thinner fluid may help?
lastly, I would think all blowers have bearings and or grease fittings, and if some get worn or say sort of seized up, they can add resistance to things, making it harder to run them , making blowing snow harder
and last last, you cannot really compare water to snow, snow builds up and can be heavier, and even turn to ice, slush and compact causing resistance water doesn't, so its not a matching game to compare them to each other!
I would start by looking at spec's of your blower to what your 190 does in flow rates and what are needed!
and then, are you running skid steer at 100% throttle to get the most GPM's when running things
if your machine is barely meeting the requirements of the blower, you found the weak link
and don't forget MFG"S fib a little to make sales on what they make in flow rate hp and ?????
and running something at MAX rate to keep up, over time, all things wear out and don't make the MAX like they used too!, pl;us its IMO< adding wear and tear
and IMO,(im no expert) you kind of want an implement to not need MAX of what your machine makes for it to run efficiently or properly, there should be some wiggle room and extra GPM"S left on the machine side for an implement to run properly!
