T250 left track problem and boom wont lift

I Have s t250 that was sitting for awhile waiting on a final drive. Fixed the drIve and now the other side has some resistance. Also the boom wont't raise. Everythong worked before and the tilt still works. Anybody know why those 2 things would stop at the same time?

I see that no one has answered but I'm curious as to what you found as the cause and the repair to get it working again?

was case drain filter not replaced? two units both with drive motor replacement. major hyd failure soon after? where did the metal go?
